Returns + Exchanges
It’s our goal to create a positive experience for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for any reason on unworn items that are returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Please allow seven to ten business days for returns to be processed. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within one to three business days of processing. Your banking institution may require additional days to post the refund to your account.
Capwell + Co. reserves the right to deny merchandise that does not meet these requirements.
Return shipping is always free. You should have received a prepaid UPS label with your order. Please securely package your items and affix the UPS label to the package. Schedule a pickup or drop off the package at a UPS center.
